Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care - Cumberland Crossing Manor

 

McCandless, PA – Full-time, Part-time, Casual; Hourly, Non-exempt; Evening Shift, 2:30 PM – 11 PM and Night Shift 10:30 PM - 7 AM, including rotating weekends and holidays

 

Starting Pay: $26.50/hour - $34.00/hour; Depending on experience + sign on bonus up to $5,000 for evening shift and up to $3,000 for night shift

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Personal Care coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Supervises, provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality care and services are provided to all residents.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Personal Care:

 

  • Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.
