This job entails working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Health. You will be joining the dedicated team at Interim HealthCare to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient progress and documenting any changes in the condition
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
- Assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence
Requirements
- A valid LPN license in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Current CPR Card
- Valid Driver's License
