Required Qualifications

Education

• Associate degree or higher

Licensure & Certifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kentucky (KY)
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care in an onsite clinical setting
• Support patient assessments and routine clinical tasks
• Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
• Provide professional, compassionate care to all patients

Schedule & Shift Details

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits.
