A Long Island-based health services organization is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join one of their outpatient internal medicine practice in Suffolk County. This role supports direct patient care, clinical procedures, and front-office operations in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Hours: 6am to 3:30pm

• Setting: Outpatient Internal Medicine Practice

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under provider supervision
• Assist with patient assessments and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Support front-office and administrative operations
• Communicate with patients, providers, and internal departments

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Professional phone etiquette
