    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    Location:  North Conway, NH

    Compensation: Travel Rate with Stipend: $1,796.04 Weekly

    Shift Options:12-hour shifts (36 weekly hours guaranteed) 

    Assignment Type: Travel Position

    Work Environment: Rehabilitation Centers


    Job Description:

    Nightingale's List is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential patient care across diverse healthcare environments, delivering high-quality support to ensure the health and well-being of all patients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor patient health by assessing vital signs, performing wound care, and documenting patient conditions.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
    • Provide bedside care, supporting patients with activities of daily living as needed.
    • Observe and report any changes in patient conditions or concerns to the supervising RN.
    • Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Support patients with mobility needs, including turning, repositioning, and transferring.
    • Educate patients and families on healthcare instructions and follow-up care.

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
    • Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in correctional, nursing home, or rehabilitation settings.
    • CPR certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
    • Empathetic, detail-oriented approach to patient care.
