About the role

Bristol Glen is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Assisted Living community. You'll support residents' health and daily well-being, working alongside a team that's been recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.

What You'll Do:  

• Provide nursing care that supports residents' health, comfort, and well-being
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor resident status and report changes to the care team
• Keep clinical records accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with residents, families, and providers on individualized service plans
• Support resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing wellness checks

What You'll Need:  

Required:

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living

Pay and Benefits:  

• $33–$40/hour based on experience

Schedule
