    Position Overview

    The Nurse Manager (LPN) oversees day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and a supportive team environment. This role is ideal for an experienced LPN ready to step into leadership and drive both clinical excellence and team performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs), providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
    • Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and safety protocols
    • Monitor and improve quality of care, patient outcomes, and satisfaction
    • Assist with onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members
    • Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Manage documentation, incident reports, and patient records accuracy
    • Oversee inventory, supplies, and clinical resources
    • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives within the department

    Qualifications

    • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
    • 2+ years of clinical experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
    • Previous supervisory or leadership exposure is a plus, but not required
