Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rhode Island
Pay: $1,800 – $1,900 weekly
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: All Shifts Available (Days, Evenings, Nights)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with ADLs, vitals, wound care, and routine nursing procedures
- Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Follow all facility, state, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Rhode Island or Compact LPN License
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
