Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Pay:$1,800 – $1,900 weekly
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: All Shifts Available (Days, Evenings, Nights)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient condition

• Assist with ADLs, wound care, vitals, and routine nursing procedures

• Maintain communication with patients, families, and care teams

• Adhere to all facility policies and state nursing standards

Requirements

• Active New Mexico LPN License (or compact equivalent)

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
