Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) - Long Term Care

Pay Rate: $35+/hrEvenings (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend and 4 shifts a week required

We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to join a dedicated healthcare team providing quality patient care in a supportive environment. This is for a Long Term Care home in Mt. Morris.

Requirements

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing procedures• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions• Follow infection control standards and facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
