Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lincoln Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Shift: Days (2,12's - 7a-7p & 2,8's - 7a-3p)

Schedule: Wk 1 Sun Off, Mon 7a-7p, Tues/Weds- Off, Thurs 7a-3p, Fri 7a-3p, Sat 7a-7p. Wk 2 Sun 7a-7p, Mon Off, Tues & Weds 7a-3p, Thurs 7a-7p, Fri & Sat Off

Pay rate: $36.23/hr

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
