Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document client condition.
- Report changes to supervising RN.
- Support clients and families in their care journey.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland LPN license.
- 1+ year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Compassion and reliability.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $32 – $40/hr (approx. $67,000 – $83,000 annually)
