Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a flexible and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse to join our day shift nursing team.

As an LPN Float Nurse, you'll provide nursing coverage across units based on resident and staffing needs. This position is a great fit for an LPN who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and can confidently adapt to changing clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across assigned units.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively across different units and resident populations.
• Strong clinical, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
