As an Overnight LPN, Your Work Matters
As an Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll help ensure our residents receive compassionate, attentive care throughout the night. You'll:
Assist residents with medications, treatments, and ongoing health monitoring
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
Monitor changes in resident conditions and communicate important updates
Provide accurate and timely information to families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
Implement personalized care plans that support each resident's physical and psychosocial well-being
Partner with the overnight care team to maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents
You'll Be Great on This Team If You Have:
A current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Strong communication and clinical judgment
The ability to work effectively and independently during overnight hours
