Ready to practice with more independence?

We're preparing for upcoming LPN opportunities with assisted living communities on Long Island. These are permanent, full-time roles with the community.

You'll administer and oversee resident medications, report changes in condition to the Wellness Director, coordinate with physicians and pharmacies, and keep families informed. You'll use real judgment, with less on-site RN backup than a nursing home.

• An LPN with a current New York State license in good standing and current CPR or BLS
