REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous acute care, hospital, rehabilitation, or related clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed providers
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
- Support delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
