The Foundation We Provide: 

  • $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary (DOE)

How You'll Make an Impact: 

  • Complete nursing assessments and medical screenings for new admissions  

  • Monitor clients throughout detoxification and residential treatment  

  • Observe and document medication self-administration while ensuring physician orders are followed  

  • Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and overall medical status  

  • Identify changes in client condition and communicate with physicians and the treatment team  

  • Respond to medical concerns and emergencies within your scope of practice  

  • Educate clients about medications, withdrawal symptoms, and wellness during recovery  

  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and medication documentation  

  • Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and behavioral health staff to deliver coordinated care  

  • Help train and support Behavioral Health Technicians in medication observation procedures  

  • Ensure compliance with DHS regulations, HIPAA requirements, and PH Wellness policies
