Work shift: 5x8 5x8 Evenings, Days and Nights w/ Every Other Weekend. Shifts Needed - 5x8 with Every Other Weeke

Weekly schedule: 5x8 Rotating

Job Requirements

• Active LPNNY License

• At least 1 year of experience in LPN

• AHA BLS Certification as well as other certifications required by the client
