If you enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of others, then apply today and join our team of experienced, compassionate, and dedicated professionals.Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to assist our Program Participants with medical needs and concerns.Responsibilities:Dispense and oversee medication management with oversight from the Healthcare CoordinatorAssist Cognitive and Behavioral Therapists in behavior management of residents as neededReview Medication Administration recordsCommunicate daily or as needed with physicians and healthcare providersAssist Healthcare Coordinator with monitoring chart accuracy and completionAssess and evaluate resident issues and medical concernsDocument all pertinent resident medical/care informationParticipate in direct care of residents when neededQualifications:Current Pennsylvania LPN License, requiredBLS certification, preferredMust be able to weather the elements, as LPN will travel with the medical cart outside to each resident apartment on campusAbility to maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive environment for both team members and participantsAbility to work weekends and holidays as scheduledDemonstrated ability to remain calm in tense and high-pressure situationsProven track record of timeliness and accountabilityWhat We Offer: $32/hour!
