Responsible for screening walk-in patients, telephone screening (with protocols), medication/injection education, assist with procedures, cleaning wounds, dressing changes. Delegates tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel UAP in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice.

Join our Saint Luke's Cardio Metabolic team on the Plaza as an LPN

• Full Time
• Work 4 10 hour shifts, 7am - 530pm with a rotating day off each week M-F
• No Nights or Weekends
• Previous cardiac and endocrinology experience is preferred

The Opportunity

• Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Responsible for screening walk-in patients, telephone screening (with protocols), medication/injection education, assist with procedures, cleaning wounds, dressing changes.
• Able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as autonomously.
• Delegates tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel UAP in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice.
• May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant job duties as needed.

Applicable Experience:
Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Licensed Practical Nurse - Various

Associate Degree
