- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Assist with care planning and resident assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing
- Adhere to infection prevention practices and regulatory standards
