Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-hour days (7a-7p), 12-hour nights (7p-7a), or evenings (7p-11p)

A Typical Day Includes:
Providing great, hands-on care based on each resident's specific needs.
Supporting and supervising our nursing assistants on the floor.
Keeping families and physicians in the loop when a residents condition changes.
Handling medications, treatments, and required documentation.
Leading by example-meaning you're willing to jump in, answer a call light, and help out when the team needs it.
What You'll Need:
An active LPN license (Tennessee or a compact state).
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
A genuine love for working with seniors.
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and your share of weekends/holidays.
