Description:
• Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a mobile multi-disciplinary treatment setting. 
• This contract role, based in Brooklyn, NY, requires providing nursing services to individuals with mental illness, assisting them in achieving stable housing and health management. 
• Proficiency in generic office software is essential for this position.

Requirements:
• Licensed LPN in the state of New York.
• Proficiency in generic office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct health assessments.
• Capability to administer medications as prescribed.
• Ability to provide health management education.

Qualifications:
• Licensed as an LPN in New York.
• Experience within a psych setting.
• Comfortablility working in the field in an ACT (assertive community treatment) environment
• Experience administering injections
