Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care within a clinical or institutional healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of licensed medical providers to administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and support the overall health and safety of patients.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Medication administration certification required
• IV Therapy certification required for dialysis-related duties
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, pharmacology, patient care practices, and medical terminology
• Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
