Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs), outpatient clinics, and home health settings depending on the specific location.

Current PT openings available in:

Brighton, Brockton, Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Revere, Williamstown, Wilmington, and additional Massachusetts markets.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $40-55/hr
(Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)

‍️ Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing, hospital/acute, inpatient rehab (IRF), outpatient, or home health environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
• Active Massachusetts PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
