Position Overview

Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group in Colorado Springs, CO. This outpatient orthopedic position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, personable clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Role Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will work in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions.

This position offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with experienced providers, and help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Full-time PTs can expect to treat approximately 11 patients per day while maintaining a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated compensation range for this full-time position is $85,000-$115,000 annually, with additional compensation opportunities available based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Flexible scheduling options are available based on clinician availability and clinic needs.

Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado

Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome and will receive training and mentorship

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
