    Shift Details
    • Shift: Day Shift
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday
    • Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    The Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) is responsible for assisting in the delivery of physical therapy services across a mixed care setting including outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and home health.
    This role requires strong interpersonal skills, clinical competency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
    Key Responsibilities
    Clinical Care
    • Assist in providing physical therapy treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist
    • Support rehabilitation programs for patients across multiple care settings
    • Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist
    Patient Care & Treatment
    • Work with a diverse caseload (60–70% outpatient, 30–40% inpatient/swing bed/home health)
    • Ensure patient safety and proper therapy techniques
    • Provide patient education and support during therapy sessions
    Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with Physical Therapists and healthcare team members
    • Maintain strong communication with patients and staff
    • Contribute to a positive team environment
    Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate patient records
    • Utilize electronic systems for documentation
    • Follow all compliance and regulatory standards
    Must-Have Qualifications
    • Active LPTA License (Required)
    • BLS / CPR Certification (Required)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Basic computer skills and documentation experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings
    • Spanish language skills (Plus)
    • Experience working in rural or mixed-care environments
