An established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations, support staff development, and maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support department leaders and promote a positive team culture
- Maintain survey readiness and quality care standards
- Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance
Qualifications:
- Active LNHA license required
- Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility operations
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000-$95,000 annual salary
- Growth potential up to $100,000
