Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure delivery of high-quality long-term, assisted living, and memory care services
Oversee compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social services, and support staff
Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and systems stabilization
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
Promote strong resident engagement, family communication, and community relationships
Foster a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and compassion
What We’re Looking For
Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrator in a long-term care facility
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
Experience in memory care, dementia care, or Alzheimer’s care strongly preferred
Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
