    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support
    • Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
    • Assist patients with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
    • Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members
    • Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions carefully
    • Adhere to all health, safety, confidentiality, and infection control protocols
    • Support patients with dignity, respect, and compassionate care

    Qualifications

    • Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the State of New Hampshire
    • Previous nursing assistant or care giving experience preferred, but not required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable attitude
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
    • Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling preferred
