Assignment details
- Location: St Albans Health and Rehab, St. Albans, VT
- Dates: 10/27/2026 - 02/01/2027 (14 weeks)
- Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal)
- Local candidates only
- Every other weekend required
- Overtime not guaranteed
- Must have reliable transportation

Requirements
- Active Vermont LNA license
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
- Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
