    Role Overview
    Seeking a adaptable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a temporary travel contract assignment in Claremont, NH. Working under the supervision of RNs and LPNs, the LNA will deliver basic nursing and restorative care to long-term care residents, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain resident safety, and support infection control protocols within a small/rural care environment.

    Key Responsibilities & Clinical Scope:
    • Direct Resident Care & ADLs: Assist long-term care residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, skin care treatments, feeding, hydration, and bowel/bladder care according to individual Care Plans.
    • Mobility & Restorative Support: Support resident ambulation and movement, including range-of-motion exercises, turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
    • Clinical Monitoring & Communication: Attend shift reports, track intake/output and caloric counts, and promptly report changes in resident condition, environmental safety issues, or supply needs to supervising nurses.
    • Safety & Infection Control: Maintain a safe environment, adhere to infection control practices, assist in emergency situations (e.g., fall prevention, redirection of confused/wandering residents), and strictly uphold resident rights and confidentiality.

    Qualifications & Candidate Requirements:
    • Licensure & Certifications:
      • Active New Hampshire (or Compact) LNA license at time of submission [REQUIRED].
      • Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) [REQUIRED].
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 1+ year of current LNA experience [REQUIRED].
      • Previous travel contract experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED].
      • Prior experience in a rural or small facility setting [HIGHLY PREFERRED].
    • Immunizations: Full COVID-19 vaccination series [REQUIRED]. (Declinations and medical/religious exemptions are strictly not accepted).
    • Travel & Distance Restrictions: Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (Perm address required at upload) [REQUIRED].
    • Flexibility & Floating: Must be willing to float to other clinical units where experienced [REQUIRED].

    Schedule & Time-Off Restrictions:
    • Shift Schedule: Day / Evening Shifts | 16-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | 48 hours/week guaranteed(Must be open to shift flexibility as needed).
    • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend rotation.
    • On-Call Requirements: None.
    • Time-Off Policy (RTO): Requested Time Off must be submitted at profile upload and cannot exceed 5 days total[REQUIRED]. (No RTO permitted over the Labor Day holiday or preceding weekend if scheduled).
