    Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Caregiver | 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

    *hourly rates are based on base pay + 3rd shift differential*

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
    • Monitor and report changes in resident condition
    • Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment

    New or soon-to-be licensed LNAs are encouraged to apply.

    Qualifications

    • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
    • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
    • CPR certification required
    • Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
