Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation

- Participate in networking, outreach, and practice development activities
- Maintain licensure, ethical standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Active state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a thriving practice
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
