Location: West VirginiaSetting: Remote / TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position supports licensed clinicians providing therapy services in a fully remote environment. You’ll work with a diverse caseload while focusing on treatment progress, documentation accuracy, and consistent client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete intake assessments and progress notes
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
• Maintain professional and ethical standards
• Engage in team check-ins as needed

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience managing a full clinical caseload
• Reliable internet and private workspace
