Job SummaryWe’re looking for licensed therapists in California to provide high-quality therapy sessions remotely. You’ll connect with clients virtually, design tailored treatment plans, and support them in developing healthier coping skills. Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Lead secure telehealth therapy sessions with adults and families
• Develop treatment strategies suited to each client’s needs
• Monitor progress and refine care approaches
• Keep timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Two or more years of therapy experience
• Strong skills in remote care delivery
