A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CRITICAL TIME INTERVENTION (CTI) MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIANAs a Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Mental Health Clinician, your day is centered around empowering individuals and families as they work toward recovery and stability. You'll conduct assessments, develop service plans, coordinate care between CTI and community systems, provide case management, deliver family counseling and psychoeducation services, assist with psychosocial rehabilitation, and respond to crisis situations when needed. Along the way, you'll participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, complete utilization reviews, ensure incident reporting is handled appropriately, and maintain accurate documentation that meets federal, state, and agency standards. Through every interaction, you'll help create positive outcomes that improve lives and strengthen communities. QUALIFICATIONSCan you remain patient, empathetic, and professional during difficult circumstances? Do you excel at balancing clinical responsibilities with detailed documentation requirements?
