Position Overview
Our clinicians provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients navigating emotional, relational, and behavioral health challenges.

We value clinicians who practice from evidence-based theoretical orientations and thoughtfully consider the developmental, ethical, and preventive aspects of treatment.

Therapists are encouraged to develop their clinical interests, pursue specialized training, and build caseloads that align with their expertise and professional goals. We also welcome clinicians interested in developing therapy groups or providing Christian-informed counseling, although neither is required.

Self-designed compensation structure with annual earning potential of 65,000–170,000, based on the number of clinical hours each clinician chooses to work

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in New York State as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC); provisionally licensed candidates may also be considered.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ethical clinical practice.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Sound clinical judgment, appropriate professional boundaries, and a commitment to quality client care.
• Comfort using electronic health records and other practice technology.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Scheduling flexibility to accommodate client needs, which may include one evening per week.
