Dr. Tina Scott & Associates is a structured, high-integrity outpatient mental and corporate wellness practice serving professionals, executives, families, high-achievers, and community members navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, performance pressure, and life transitions.
We combine clinical excellence with emotional intelligence and measurable outcomes. As we expand our multi-state footprint, we are seeking strong, accountable clinicians to join our growing team.
This is not a volume practice. This is an excellence practice.
Licensure Requirements
We are seeking clinicians licensed in one or more of the following states:
• Pennsylvania • New Jersey • New York • Delaware • Maryland
Eligible licenses:
• LCSW • LPC • LMFT • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
• Confident in DSM-5 diagnosis • Skilled in developing measurable treatment plans • Strong in documentation and compliance • Emotionally intelligent and clinically grounded • Comfortable working with high-functioning professionals and diverse populations • Accountable and self-directed
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments • Assign accurate DSM diagnoses • Develop treatment plans by the 2nd or 3rd session • Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused, etc.) • Maintain progress notes within 48 hours • Ensure charts are complete and billing-ready • Maintain a minimum caseload of 6 clients per week • Participate in supervision or consultation as required
Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) • Master’s or Doctoral degree from accredited program • Current malpractice insurance • Child abuse clearance & criminal background clearance (as required by state) • HIPAA-compliant equipment for telehealth • NPI number

Compensation
• Competitive per-session rate (based on license type and state coverage) • Psychologist compensation structured separately • Paid per completed session • 1099 Independent Contractor status • 1099-MISC issued annually

Dr. Tina received a Doctorate Degree in Healthcare Administration and has extensive experience running strategic operations for multiple high-volume healthcare delivery departments. She has proven her ability to deliver measurable improvement outcomes while enhancing program success. Dr. Tina also has been consistent with implementing methods that promote a culture of service excellence.In addition to her years of experience as a senior health care executive, Dr. Tina received a Master's Degree in Community Clinical Counseling. Dr. Tina has always had a passion for helping people reach their full potential from the inside out. With her passion for psychotherapy and her commitment to business excellence, Dr. Tina merged her two skills and became an organizational psychology practitioner. Dr. Tina is a College Professor, an ICF Certified Coach, an approved Clinical Supervisor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in breakups, self-esteem, loss, divorce, and independent living. She was a guest host of the show, "Physicians on Air," and guest host with Thera Milling on WURD 900 AM. Dr. Tina offers her professional expertise on local news channels. In the community, Dr. Tina served on the board of WIC and Habitat for Humanity. She is the Clinician Think Tank founder that focuses on educating, empowering, and encouraging clinicians on all levels. In addition, she is the founder of Therapy Parties, where she travels worldwide, hosting parties that allow for therapeutic conversation to take place on the other side of the couch. In her church, she is a First Lady and a dedicated leader of the Women's Ministry; Dr. Tina assists the churches on their Marriage Enrichment Ministry, Grief Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Women's Ministry.
