Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Care Work alongside psychologists, licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), psychiatric providers, speech-language pathologists (including feeding/swallowing specialists), school psychologists, and assessment specialists. Established Referral Base and Administrative Support Spend your time focused on client care while our administrative team handles: Scheduling and intake coordination Insurance verification, billing, and credentialing Practice operations and telehealth technology
Position ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy or specialized therapy (e.g., child play therapy or SLP services) within your licensed scope of practice. Utilize specialized clinic facilities (such as the De Pere play therapy room or Wausau Grant Street clinic) for onsite services. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families to coordinate care.
Required QualificationsMaster’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or speech-language pathology. Active Wisconsin state license for independent practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered care. Reliable internet connection and a confidential workspace for remote/hybrid positions.
Preferred QualificationsSpecialized experience in child and adolescent therapy, play therapy modalities. Experience in outpatient or community-based multidisciplinary clinics. Interest in specialized program development or leadership.
