Amani means "peace," and that is what we're creating: a calm, beautifully designed medspa in the heart of Old Town where body, mind, and skin are cared for together. We're looking for a skilled, warm Licensed Massage Therapist to join our founding team and help shape our wellness experience from day one.

Services you'll provide
- Swedish and relaxation massage
- Deep tissue
- Manual lymphatic drainage (a strong plus, as it complements our aesthetic and body treatments)
- Prenatal and postpartum massage
- Hot stone
Compensation
- Compensation
- $65 per 60-minute service / $88 per 90-minute service. Experienced therapists (3+ years)
- +$10 specialty premium for lymphatic drainage, prenatal and postpartum sessions
- $15 per add-on (hot stone, enhancements)
- 100% of your tips, paid through payroll
- 10% commission on retail products
- Rebooking bonus: $5 for every client who books their next massage before leaving
- Performance raise: +$5 per service after 90 days once you meet rebooking and client-review goals
- $500 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days

What we're looking for
- Active, unrestricted Virginia massage therapy license (Virginia Board of Nursing)
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a spa, medspa, or clinical setting
- Lymphatic drainage training preferred; we'll support certification for the right candidate
- A calm, polished, hospitable presence and a genuine love of caring for people
- Clear communication, reliability, and professionalism
