The Haven Luxe Spa is growing rapidly and provides massages, facials, reflexology, and other body treatments 7 days a week.
If you are Professional, Enthusiastic, and Motivated with excellent communication skills, then we would like to speak with you about becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist or Dual (LMT + Esthetician) Practitioner for our Delray Beach Location.
Must be available to be scheduled or on call as needed.
Preference given to therapists that are available:
Monday to Saturday: 4pm - 8pm (some flexibility)
Sunday: 11am - 6pm (flexible)
Massage Therapist/Esthetician Primary Responsibilities:* Greet and communicate with guests & members in a professional, friendly manner
* Perform consecutive 50, 80, or 110-minute massage or body treatment sessions (LMTs)
* Perform consecutive 25, 50, or 80-minute facial or cryotherapy sessions (Duals and Estheticians)
* Perform consecutive 25, 50, or 80-minute reflexology sessions
* Follow written operations manual, spa standards & procedures, and treatment protocols during each session
* Customize specific sessions based on client's individual needs
* Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
* Create excellent experiences for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
* Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
* Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff
*Complete training as assigned my spa management
Position Requirements:
* Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
* Must carry liability insurance
* Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required
* Knowledge of other various modalities preferred
* Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
* Able to work flexible days and hours, preferably on weekends and holidays
* Must be a licensed LMT and/or Esthetician in the State of Florida and have at least 1-3 years’ experience working in a luxury or resort spa environment.
