Spavia Littleton is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

- Full schedules, great tips, and a loyal guest base = up to $75K+/year at just 30 hours/week.
- Most services are advanced or extended treatments, meaning higher pay and better gratuities.
Avg pay per 60-min massage: $55-$65 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & monthly members
W-2 position: We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Transparent Pay Structure: based on experience
- Signature/Relaxation Massage: 60 min - $52-$62 (incl. gratuity)
- Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone: 60 min - $57-$67 (incl. gratuity)
- Extended Modalities: 80-100 min - $65-$80 (incl. gratuity)
Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 per treatment
Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (90% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits

- 10-minute turnover between services
- Average shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages Benefits may include:

What You'll Do
- Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
- Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
- Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
- Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
- Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
What You Bring
- Active Massage Therapy license in Massachusetts
