About The LMT Role
The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Spavia Bellevue will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services, personalizing treatment plans, and implementing strategies to enhance client well-being. Full-time positions require availability for 32+ hours.
Your key objectives will include achieving an average guest satisfaction score of 4.8/5, maintaining a treatment adherence rate of 95%, and attaining a utilization target of booked service hours 75% each month.

- Provide professional massage services tailored to guest needs.
- Conduct intake assessments, document findings, and implement treatment plans.
- Deliver services according to established protocols; escalate clinical concerns as needed.
- Promote add-ons and retail in a guest-centered manner.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and team.
- Participate in training and comply with uniform standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment.
Requirements of the Role
- Active TN Licensed Massage Therapist license in good standing.
- Solid knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
