Back to Health Physical Medicine is a fast-growing integrative chiropractic and rehab clinic seeking a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about clinical outcomes—not spa work.

We specialize in helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve performance through a collaborative, team-based approach.

This Role is NOT for:

• Swedish/relaxation-focused therapists
• Spa-only backgrounds

This Role IS for:

Therapists who enjoy:

• Solving problems
• Working with injuries and chronic pain
• Being part of a clinical care team

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
• Experience with:
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Medical/Clinical Massage
  • Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) or similar
  • Cupping

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, outcome-based treatments
• Collaborate with chiropractors, nurse practitioner and rehab staff
• Document patient progress
• Educate patients on recovery and maintenance

Compensation

• $30 – $45/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus opportunities based on performance and retention

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License
• Clinical or sports/rehab experience preferred
