    • Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs and wellness goals
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and long-term client relationships
    • Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and treatment room standards
    • Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness plans
    • Support membership growth and client retention through outstanding service
    Qualifications

    • Active Delaware Massage Therapy License required
    • Current liability insurance
    • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
    • Additional massage modalities preferred but not required
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Passion for wellness and helping others
