In this role,youllprovide psychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions in an outpatient clinic setting.Youllwork with patients experiencing a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including stress management, substance use-related issues, family and relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and mental health conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, flexibility, and the ability tomaintaincomposure during complex or crisis situations. Key Responsibilities Provide psychosocial diagnosis, assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services for pediatric through geriatric populations Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in an outpatient clinic setting Assistpatients coping with mental health challenges, substance use-related concerns, family and marital issues, stress, and aging-related emotional health concerns Perform case management and patient advocacy services as appropriate Intervene in crisis situations and conduct preliminary evaluations for suicidality andhomicidalityconcerns Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, diagnosis coding, and billing-related records within the electronic medical record system Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care Manage multiple clinical responsibilities whilemaintainingprofessionalism and composure under stress Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused behavioral health services while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes compassionate care and clinical excellence.
