Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and support them through concerns such as relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, communication challenges, and emotional strain.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and identify client goals, concerns, and treatment needs
- Develop treatment plans that are practical, client-centered, and clinically appropriate
- Support clients working through relationship concerns, family dynamics, stress, grief, trauma, or major life changes
- Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and required records
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s situation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
- Follow all professional, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
- Must have reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions
