What You'll Do
- Manage borrowers from application through closing
- Generate and grow self-sourced mortgage business
- Leverage personal referrals, company-provided leads, or a combination of both
- Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to create a seamless client experience
- Maintain compliance with federal and state lending regulations
- Consistently meet or exceed production objectives
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS license
- 1-3+ years of mortgage origination experience
- Proven ability to generate and close mortgage loans
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment
