Responsibilities

• Serve as a proficient user and mentor for in-house technology and tools
• Oversee marketing strategies and ensure effective listing syndication
• Supervise and support virtual team members
• Develop or coordinate the creation of listing marketing materials
• Conduct quality control reviews of all listing marketing content
• ️ Design and implement systems to enhance efficiency and save time
• ️ Liaise with vendors including sign companies, photographers, and contractors
• ️ Perform photo editing as required
• Manage marketing budgets and related expenses
• Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
